Carbide Masonry Bits / Carbide
Masonry Bit
The tips of our carbide masonry bits
are made of tungsten carbide on a steel
shaft. A carbide masonry bit is designed
for drilling through hard plastics,
ceramics, cinderblock, mortar, wood and
some bricks. They are used mostly in
power drills but can also be used in
hammer drills. Use a slower speed drill
when using carbide masonry bits and
frequently check to keep the drill bit
clean when drilling into hard materials.
